Hi! I’m Jordan!
Originally from Athens, GA but currently based in Salt Lake City, Utah, I travel nationwide to capture weddings and elopements. My wife (2nd shooter) and I love to travel and as a result have structured my wedding and elopement packages with that desire to hit the road in mind. We especially love heading home to the East Coast to capture weddings in Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina as well as venturing all over the West Coast and Southwestern US.
I’m Not Your Typical Wedding Photographer.
After working in wedding industry for a few years there’s one trend that I’ve noticed with other wedding photographers and videographers…
They Hide In The Background. I Don’t.
I’m different because:
I actually engage with you, your family, and your guests. I love taking editorial and candid photos during a wedding day but I believe there is a certain magic that comes from being involved with you and your wedding party. This is a skill that many in my field have trouble replicating and avoid it all together, hiding behind words such as “artistic,” “documentary,” and “candid.” Because let’s face it - what photographer doesn’t possess all of these traits?
Every wedding day is truly a journey. For one day from my perspective, I am given the opportunity and honor to take a peek into your lives. I get to meet everyone that is meaningful to you and your partner in a such short amount of time and then interpret it for you. This is no easy task.
This is Empathic Storytelling.
I don’t know how to fully explain it but every wedding day I forge these micro-relationships with you and your guests. After just spending just a short amount of time with you, I can fully realize which groomsman’s the joker, which bridesmaid is going to have a tough time with her speech, and how much it means to you that Gammy made it to see you at the altar. I’m an empath at heart and I truly believe that it shines through my work.
There aren’t enough words to describe how great Jordan is! We originally booked him for an engagement shoot in SLC and loved the experience and photos so much that we brought him home to Ohio for our wedding as well! Our guests absolutely loved him and wouldn’t stop talking about how great he was. And we’re OBSESSED with the photos! Truly so happy with Jordan and his work.

I can’t recommend working with Jordan enough! He and Kelli shot our engagement photos last year, and they did our wedding photos just recently.
